A great lunch with a zest of Venezuela. The service here was just ok but the food was really good. The decor is a little funky and probably very indicative of their flare for Venezuelan and perhaps Maracaibo culture. I had the arepa and empanada and both were very good.

As a vegetarian, I absolutely adore this spot, especially for their delicious patacon. The extensive vegan menu blew me away, and the service was great. I'm definitely planning on returning - a fantastic experience!

I feel like from my POV this is about as four stars as you can get in a restaurant. We needed a place to stop by and grab lunch and eat outside while we had our pets with us, and we'd seen this place on Uber Eats as having vegan options, so we decided to check it out. I'd describe it as good, but not great. The vegan arepa was pretty lackluster (vegan cheese really needs to be melted to taste good). My boyfriend really loved the giant meaty arepa he got. I'd say that it's rather overpriced, my arepa with just cheese and beans was $11. I'd probably still go back if we were in the mood for arepas because it's so close, but I wasn't super impressed. If the vegan cheese was melted it probably would have made a huge difference.

I loved the arepa tumbarrancho, my only complaint is that i had to take out some of the lettuce inside and rearrange the meat to actually be inside it. I would definitely buy again and I do recommend.
